APPLICATION INTRODUCTION

It  is  a  kind  of  rotary  tablet  press  machine  and  mainly  used  to produce    disinfection     tablets     of    large     diameter, such as TCCA/chlorine    tablets(sodium    dichloroisocyanurate, Trichloroisocyanuric aid), and also can produce granulate material or  powder  material  from  other  chemical  industries, electronic, pharmacy, food and ceramics into tablets.

Through mould changing, it also can produce the ring-shaped, ball- shaped and various  kinds  of tablets, but  not  suitable  for wet  or viscous material.

MAIN  CHARACTERS

1.Machine   mechanical  drive   parts  are  separated  from  tablet  pressing  room, prevent  material  from  any   pollution  when  tablet pressing.

2.Tablet   pressing   room   is  of  a  closed  structure  with  4-side plexiglass. In  usual  production, easier  to  check  process  of  tablet pressing, and   also   avoid   the   emission   of   fugitive   dust   and environmental   pollution.

3.Its turntable is studded with Titanium alloy plate,also material feeding tube,upper and down punch nail,middle punch are made of Titanium alloy material.

4.It  is  equipped  with   a  pre-pressure  wheel,improve   quality  of finished  tablets.

5.Its  main structure of 4-pillars,which guarantee the stability and stationarity of machine running.

6.Machine motor is controlled by frequency converter.Rotation speed can be adjusted in an allowing range according to real production situation.

7.Machine has an automatic spraying device for the release agent, which is good for such those viscous material.
