This machine is designed for the pressing of round tablets from various kinds of granular materials. It is a basic equipment for batch production of tablets, with double-press mechanism. It consists of two sets of feed assemblage and two sets of press roller unit. The turntable carries 33 sets of punches dies, wich 66 tablets be pressed for each revolution of the turntable. During operation, the rotation speed, depth of the filling and the thickness of the tablets are adjustable.The mechanical buffer unit will prevent punches and apparatus from overload damage.
A powder suction unit is attached to take in the residual powder during operation, so that blockage by the residual powder can be eliminated and collected powder material be reused.
This machine has won the Fine Quality Product Prize awarded by China Naional Medical Management Bureau.
