Characteristic

The machine consists of hopper, vibrating chamber, connecting shaft, and electric motor. There are eccentric wheel, rubber software, main shaft and shaft-bearing in the vibrating chamber. When the adjustable eccentric weight passes the center of main shaft under the driving force of motor, it may generate centrifugal force under imbalanced state, therefore, mandatorily force materials to form volution inside the sieve. The vibrating balls in the net support beat the sieve so that the mesh is not easy to plug. The machine has many advantages, such as compacted structure, small volume, dust free, low noise. high output, energy saving and easy mobility and maintenance.
